RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At DIFINE Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our policy below.

 

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unworn and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, certificates, and accompanying materials must be included.

  • The item must show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges, customs fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Customers are responsible for any price difference between exchanged items, as well as any applicable shipping costs.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalised or engraved jewellery.

  • Custom-made or bespoke pieces.

  • Items altered or resized at the customer's request.

  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons.

  • Sale or clearance items unless faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to find a suitable resolution.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging secure and trackable return shipping. DIFINE Jewellery is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

We strongly recommend using a fully insured and tracked shipping service.

 

Refund Processing

Once your return has been approved and processed, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
