Can I cancel or change my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, a 10% cancellation fee may apply, as production often begins shortly after an order is placed and materials are allocated specifically for your piece.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can be made at any time before your order has been dispatched.


Do I have to pay import duties or taxes?

Customers in the USA, UK, EU, and Canada generally do not pay additional import duties or taxes on our shipments.

If customs charges apply in your country, the customer is responsible for any applicable fees.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are handcrafted and prepared within 3–5 business days.

Estimated shipping times:

  • USA: UPS Express

  • UK: Royal Mail First Class

  • Europe: UPS Express or Royal Mail

  • Rest of the World: UPS Express

Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.


What are Lab-Grown Diamonds?

Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds created using advanced technology that replicates the natural diamond-growing process. They have the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as mined diamonds and are visually identical.

The only difference is their origin.

What materials do you use?

We work exclusively with solid 10K, 14K, and 18K gold. We do not use gold-plated or gold-filled materials.

Our gemstone collection includes lab-grown diamonds and carefully selected gemstones.


Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All eligible jewellery is covered by our 365-Day Manufacturing Warranty against verified manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within the timeframe outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Please note that personalised, engraved, custom-made, and certain hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return.


How should I care for my jewellery?

To maintain the beauty of your jewellery:

  • Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or jewellery box.

  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and chemicals.

  • Remove jewellery before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping.
